Subscription Account Management

  1. How do I pause my plan?

    You can pause your box deliveries via your profile page only if you've signed up with us after 1 April 2016 (no joke). To pause your subscription plan:

    • log-in to your profile page
    • click on "manage this subscription"
    • click on "pause subscription" and choose the date that you'd like to resume receiving awesome snacks

    If you've signed up before 1 April 2016, please send us an email at if you'd like to pause your deliveries.

  2. How do I cancel my plan?

    We'd hate to see you go :( But we understand if you may have other considerations. You can cancel anytime but do remember to cancel before the next billing date. The billing date is determined by the date that you signed-up. (i.e. if ali signed-up on 15 apr, he will be next charged on 15 may).

    To cancel, all you need to do is:

    • Log into your account
    • Go into 'my profile'
    • Click on 'manage this subscription' under your plan info
    • Lastly, click on 'unsubscribe'

    Thereafter you will receive an email confirming your unsubscription from boxgreen. You will not be re-billed and sent any more boxes once your subscription ends.

  3. Cancelling my plan (paypal)

    Below is a step-by-step guide to cancel your subscription.

    • Log in to your paypal account (
    • Click profile near the top of the page
    • Click my money
    • Click update in the my pre-approved payments section
    • Click cancel, cancel automatic billing, or cancel subscription and follow the instructions
  4. How do I update my credit/debit card?

    You can update your card details via your profile page. Click on "change payment method" under "member info" to update your new details.

  5. How do I change the frequency of my box?

    You can change the frequency of your box deliveries via your profile page only if you've signed up with us after 1 April 2016 (no joke).

    To change the frequency of your box:

    • log-in to your profile page
    • click on "manage this subscription"
    • choose your preferred frequency (note that the new frequency plan will only begin after the current billing cycle is up)

    If you've signed up before 1 April 2016, you will need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe with the appropriate plan. We apologise for the inconvenience....unsurmountable technological constraints :(

  6. What are the modes of payment available?

    We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including visa, mastercard, and American express. Please note that your card will be charged on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis depending on the box plan you selected.

  7. Can I choose what snacks i want in my box?

    Of course you can!

    • Log into your account at if not create an account and log in.
    • Click on “browse snacks” on the top right hand corner of the page to see all the tasty snacks we provide! currently, we have over 30 and counting!
    • Select the snack you want and click on the “add to pantry” button! the snacks you have chosen will show in the pantry list on the right. if you still prefer the good ol’ secret snack, just leave the “surprise me” button by default instead! we promise a healthy and tasty goodie nevertheless.
  8. I received an email stating that my credit card has been declined. What should i do?

    A declined card could mean several things:

    • incorrect credit card number or expiry date
    • insufficient funds
    • some banks will reject charges based on location
    • some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules

    If a decline keeps happening, it would be best to check with your bank or credit card issuer regarding the matter, or try a different credit card for payment.

  9. What happens if the snack I chose is out of stock?

    If you chose more than four snacks, the next snack in your pantry will be added to your box. If you only chose four snacks, a snack will be recommended to you based on the profile of the other snacks you chose.

  10. When should I make changes to my pantry for my next box?

    Your box is usually sent out one working day after your payment is processed. You can update the snacks in your pantry for your next box anytime before your next billing date. Alternatively, you can also already choose what you want to receive in subsequent boxes by adding more than four snacks. We strongly recommend adding up to 8 snacks in your pantry as we will rotate between sending 4 snacks to you for every box. In the event that a snack you have chosen is out of stock, it will also be replaced with another snack available in your pantry so that you will always receive snacks you love!

  11. How do I postpone my boxes if i'm away for a week?

    You may pause your subscription by clicking on "manage your subscription" under your plan info in your account! Alternatively, you can also contact us and we would be glad to help with postponing of your delivery!
