can't locate your tasty snacks?! first, verify that your shipping address in your account is correct. if the address is correct, scanning the area is always a good idea. possibly your neighbor picked up your package for its safety. did the postman give your snacks to your neighbor by accident? if you still can't find any evidence of your delivery, check the area for a delivery notice.

if your address is an office with a mailroom, it could still be winding its way through the system. we suggest giving the mailroom folks a call to check-in.
