how do I change the frequency of my box?

You can change the frequency of your box deliveries via your profile page only if you've signed up with us after 1 Apr 2016 (no joke).

To change the frequency of your box:

  1. Log-in to your Profile page
  2. Click on "Manage this subscription"
  3. Choose your preferred frequency (Note that the new frequency plan will only begin after the current billing cycle is up)

If you've signed up before 1 April 2016, you will need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe with the appropriate plan. We apologise for the inconvenience....unsurmountable technological constraints :(
